A series of ongoing exercises between me and Kristina Gabuardy. It hinges on the premise of working on pieces that are filtered through a shared dialogue. The process is sometimes more planned out and other times it unfolds spontaneously. This gives insight into how a shared springboard fuels our creative trajectories. For over 3 years Kristina Gabuardy and I have collaborated on ever changing hair designs. Complex elegant drawings that require hours of rigor and focus disappear over the course of one week. The inherent nature of this has ephemeral process has made us aware of the heartbreaking quickness of life, the fleeting nature of order and how beauty is at the center of this sprawling collaborative project.
